Psychosynthesis Coaching Impact
As a transpersonal psychology, Psychosynthesis recognizes that within all of us is an inherent drive to evolve and grow. The Psychosynthesis framework supports us in aligning our intentions and actions to facilitate growth and transformation on the path of Self. The practice of psychosynthesis coaching cultivates self-awareness, inner leadership and empowered action.
A psychosynthesis coach views all individuals as creative, resourceful, and whole. Through the work of transpersonal coaching, the client begins to see themselves in a much broader context. This can be understood as learning to live as a soul on earth, attuned to and in alignment with one’s inner wisdom.. Through uncovering and embracing our essential nature, Psychosynthesis teaches individuals how to activate their will and lead from their center in their own lives and for the greater good of humanity.
Learn in a Supportive Community
Our Psychosynthesis Coach Training Program uses a community learning model that encourages participation, exploration, and connection. As a member of a small in-person or online group, you will connect with the other participants through teaching, interactive exercises, group discussions, co-guiding and other explorations.
We have carefully designed our in-person and online programs to meet the needs of our participants and the platform. Through interactive dyads, process-oriented art exercises, and nature based explorations, we are able to make online and in-person programs dynamic, engaged and embodied.
We are the only certified in-person Psychosynthesis Coach in the US. Being in-person invites a deep level of authenticity, trust, and support as you move through the practices. Given the transformative nature of the group process, the added integrity of being face to face helps to magnify the results and enhance your personal evolution.

Opportunities for career advancement
This Psychosynthesis Coach training program is fully accredited by the Center for Credentialing in Education (CCE). In addition to earning a Psychosynthesis Life Coach certification, this Program qualifies participants to sit for the National Board Certified Coach (BCC) exam, provided all education requirements are met.
The rapidly expanding field of professional coaching offers a wide range of opportunities for career advancement. Counselors, social workers and other health professionals can add a coaching certification to enter into or expand their options in private practice.

The 140+-hour Psychosynthesis Coach Training course begins September 2026.

Program Content
Growing Whole Psychosynthesis Coach Training:
Next cohort starts September 2026 - Join us!
Over the course of 9-10 months we explore the 7 fundamental concepts of Psychosynthesis, as well as the maps and techniques that support this path. We journey through our inner terrain, following the Psychosynthesis roadmap to uncovering our essential Self, a field of limitless potential at the center of our being. From here we build the capacity for inspired action aligned with our values. Presence, embodiment practices, creative expression and time in nature deepen and integrate the psychosynthesis process.
Since the 1920’s Psychosynthesis has been a pioneer in understanding the multiplicity of our personality. In our program, we learn to observe our many parts from the perspective of a compassionate observer, meeting them where they are, understanding their needs, and liberating our behavior from the scripts, habits and pain these parts carry. We learn how to cultivate a clear and resonant relational space with ourselves and with others through foundational coaching concepts and communication skills.
Will
The Will is perhaps Psychosynthesis’s greatest gift to the field of Psychology. The will is a dynamic, powerful element of our psyche that can direct and regulate our experiences in alignment with our ultimate purpose and vitality. We learn to identify and actualize the self-initiated will: the will to be, the will to grow, and the will to express. Together we explore ways to bring this dynamic process into our families, professions, communities and coaching.
Completion of all course requirements leads to certification as a Psychosynthesis Life Coach, allowing participants to take the CCE-Global Board Certified Coach exam if all other requirements are met.
